The customer was looking for a place where he could work from home without the distraction of the family house. The conversion included a snug area to relax in, allowing the whole family to also enjoy the new space.

The architectural theme for the conversion was to create an old barn look. The original brick was clad in oak with featheredge boarding to give the old barn look and the inside was fitted with oak rafters to continue the theme.

The conversion included the implementation of new electrics and a water under-floor heating system.
